1. The power supply is not working

The power supply for the light source provides stable working voltage.

(1) If there is a problem in the process of converting AC power to DC power, the LED projection lamp may not light up and flash directly. Generally, there is no way to repair it. You should change the power supply directly. Of course, you should make sure that the serial and parallel number of the light source, the current and voltage, and whether the tile is enough. If you do not know clearly, you will change the power supply rashly It won't be long before it's broken or not bright enough.

(2) Another phenomenon is that the lamp can be on for a while at the beginning, and then it will flash or flash when the lamp is turned on. This is mainly due to the instability of the power supply components, which leads to flickering. The fundamental problem lies in the poor quality of the power supply or poor heat conduction. After the power supply works for a period of time, the temperature of the power supply itself rises, leading to the instability of the power supply components In some areas, the temperature difference between winter and summer varies greatly, which leads to the power supply operating temperature too high or too low, which can not operate stably. Objectively speaking, this kind of power supply is unqualified. If the power supply is broken, replace it with a better one. If the power supply tube of general quality can't last for two or three years, then the quality will not be good. Now many power supplies are guaranteed for five or six years, so it's not a big problem to use one for five or six years.

2. The light source doesn't work

(1) See if there is a black spot in the middle of the lamp bead. This black spot is caused by two reasons. First, the temperature of the lamp bead is formed through the high temperature of glue and phosphor after long-term use. Another reason is that the current of the power supply is too high (this is the unstable power supply, or the poor quality of the light source), and the lamp bead itself is open circuit or necrosis.

(2) The poor heat dissipation of the light source of the projection lamp will also cause the light source to fade (that is, it has not been on before) seriously or burn out. In addition, the waterproof of the floodlight is not well done, and the water in the lamp causes the lamp bead to burn off.

(3) If the shell is in good condition, the lamp bead can be replaced, but you should know the power, current, voltage and other parameters of the power supply to match the light source.

(4) There is also a point about the power supply and light source, that is, the projection light is slightly on, that is, the light is very weak. In this case, the power supply may be broken, or the light source may be broken. Therefore, the multimeter should be used for measurement.

(5) If the projection lamp is used for a period of time, it does not light up when it is just bought, then the quality of the light source is poor and the light failure is serious. The projection lamp will become darker and darker with the use of time.

3. Wire solder joint false welding, resulting in no electricity

The integrated lamp bead inside the projection lamp is connected with two wires. Check whether there is false welding, false welding and cold welding of the lamp bead, whether the power input line is loose, open circuit, etc., and check whether the drive connecting line is damaged.

4. Water in projection lamp

This is because the waterproof treatment is not done well. As a result, the light source and power supply may be burned. If you know better, you can change the light source and power supply. If necessary, you can contact the manufacturer for after-sales service. The main reason is that the quality is not up to standard.
